No, because you're saying, "I guess you're smarter than I am."

Not, "I guess you're smarter than me am."

You just take off the verb since we already know that it's are/am.

That's where we went, Six Flags! I don't think I want to go to an amusement park for a long long time. We waited in line for THREE HOURS to ride X. But it was really really really good. I just don't like any ride to freeze and stand for that long.
