The simpsons wasn't so great today.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

I know, but I still enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed the part where Brian's professor and and his wife were having sex.

I JUST got in from Toronto :( My stupid ass train was delayed FOUR HOURS (which is how long the trip is supposed to be in the first place), the end result being that my trip was actually 11 hours door to door. So now it's after 2 in the morning, and I'm dead tired, and I have class from 8:30 am to 7 pm today, complete with homework I haven't completed yet. FUCK YOU VIA RAIL!

I love how we all procrastinate until the very last moment and we still manage to do well. I didn't do my homework until this morning and decided NOT to do extra credit cause it would take four hours, and why when I have over 100% in the class? I should because it will come down to finals, I won't have time to study and do well, and I'll need it. But I would rather have messed around all weekend. I also changed one of my classes to pass/fail because I don't want to study for it and I can get by without if it's just pass/fail. It seems like a cop out, but oh well.

I made prime rib for all my friends last night. Yum...leftovers today babay.

oh how i miss listening to my old roomate's band.

give em a listen y'all.
Whenever death may surprise us,
let it be welcome
if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear
and another hand reaches out to take up our arms.

Nobody's gonna miss me, no tears will fall, no ones gonna weap, when i hit that road.
my boots are broken my brain is sore, fer keepin' up with thier little world, i got a heavy load.
gonna leave 'em all just like before, i'm big city bound, your always 17 in your hometown

Okay, so apparently I've been so screwed up with my classes recently that I skipped one of my midterms and didn't even realize it until the class got them back. I really need to get it together.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

i realized something today. i lurk around a few forums here and there, but i never join them. i'm almost averse to it. i don't like the thought of posting on a forum where no one knows each other.

the cm's really spoiled me. you should all be proud of yourselves

Awww. Is there any way you can call your boss and ask?

Thanks - I did. When he answered he said "what, did you leave my scribbled notes on your desk or something?", with a chuckle. So I said yes, and then he went through all the instructions again. Luckily I remembered enough to chime in and discuss, which at least made it look like I didn't sleep thru the instructions the first time. So I got the work done before going to bed last night - whew!
