I never received a Valentine before.

It's the best I could do on short notice after just waking up

I'm going to spend Valentines trying to catch up on work and visiting the hospital.

I'm gonna spend it sleeping!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really don't like Valentine's Day because it makes me feel crappy every year. Granted, I've had a Valentine for the past few years, but I always still get that feeling of being left out. Don't know why. I think it goes back to high school, when everyone else was getting secret lover flowers from crushes and friends and I never got a one. I used to come home so depressed. I still have that feeling, even this year. I tell people that the holiday is a crock and is all consumerist, but I still get jealous when I walk through the office and all the chicks have flowers and I don't. ARGHH!

P.S.: I made the grave mistake of saying to my boyfriend, "Oh, Valentine's Day is no big deal, I don't believe in it." and he took me literally! Who does that?! No card, no flowers, no dinner

i usually get sad on valentines day but this year i am actually happy i think it has something to do with the fsct that i work overnight so i don't have to witness all the people at my job getting loads of flowers all day

today has been quite an interesting day so far for me.

I'm going to be old next month

my mom gave me some hershey's kisses and i gave her a card.

pretty much i win in the valentine's day department.

Exactly, you get the stuff without the hassle of a stupid boy.

I got candy from my roommate, my mom gave me a present, and my friend sent me flowers! Overall this is probably the best Valentine's I've ever had.

my border collie Bonnie died on valentine's day

it was many years ago, when i was about 8, but it's still sad. she was my first dog.

i've told my bf that i don't do valentine's, and he gladly agrees to it, cause he hates it for some reason. but still....all day, i wait from some superduper wonderful surprise, and it never happens.

this is the first time that i haven't had a valentine in like 3 years. i thought i was going to have one, and i had already bought him something, but alas, it's over.

my valentine's day so far has involved me only getting an hour and a half of sleep, writing a midterm, trying frantically to get everything for my term presentation done, presenting for an hour, having a meeting about an assignment due in march, supper, then measuring out ingredients for tomorrow's lab. now i have nothing to do, and i don't know what to do with myself :S

Well, my birthday is on the 11th of March.
