Ok, cool story. A good friend of mine started a band 3 weeks ago. For referance sake, they sound a bit like mutemath, but more piano driven. (a band I clearly love at the moment) Anyway, they played their first show 3 days ago at the local xjam battle of the bands. Suffice it to say, they put on a very good show and advanced to the finals. Of course that wouldnt be really all that interesting by itself. The kicker is, after the concert some guy who just started up a new studio in vancouver comes over gives them his business card and asks if they would like to record a few songs with him. Turns out he's been on the production team of such artists as AC/DC, Sarah McLachlan, Moist, Sheryl Crow, Bryan Adams, and Nickelback. While none of the bands he's helped produce are really their style, its awesome anyway. Thought I'd share.

Hah. Your friend's band is very very lucky. That's all I can say.

haha, that reminds me of when i went to Poland last summer.
my brothers wanted to go to mcdonalds so i brought them there & on their tray mats, they had all the nutritional info. it was awesome...i wish they did that here. haha. but yeah...the numbers scared me greatly. haha.

In Saskatchewan there is nutritional info on the mats. At least where I go.
