I had a free session at a gym as part of a promotion and I really like it. I've never seriously considered joining a gym, because I always figured if I wanted to get into shape I could just go for a run, but gyms also have classes and weights and other benefits. It's not that expensive either, something like 40 bucks a month if I join for three months. I'll have to think about it.

Drink lots of water Jillian - it'll help.
And next time drink water while you're drinking and afterwards before you go to bed and your head will be much better the next day.

I learned that lesson... it really helps! I always drink a bottle of water before going to bed if I've been drinking.
Is it just me, or do hangovers get worse as you get older? My body can't handle it as well as 5 years ago.

my friends told me that the whole time and one brought me a glass of water but i hate water and then i forgot about it

gatoraide the morning after does wonders for a hangover because it rehydrates you really well.
but yeah, drinking water will help you avoid the next-day ickiness
