I'm going to see Death Cab for Cutie again in June
My friend's coming with me, at 9:30 this morning he'd never heard of them, at 11 he said he wanted to see them with me, and at lunchtime he went out and bought Plans.
I've never been to a concert with him before so it could be fun - he's old enough to be my dad, but has great musical taste.

A friend of mine sent me a copy of one of their songs a while back, and it's the only one I really listened to. I wouldn't call myself a fan, but they're pretty okay

i saw Motion City Soundtrack on Monday night.
i must say i quite enjoyed it!! they were really good, and i LOOOOOOVED the crowd. ESPECIALLY compared to concerts i have been to lately (AHEM.).
it was a good time.

I was supposed to see the Trews with my friend tomorrow night, and she's crapping out on me because she's lives way out where and can't get a ride home. Whatever.
Now I'm stuck with her extra ticket that she never paid me for, and no one to go with.

So after much researching, I've discovered that for that show OK Go will be replaced with the Dresden Dolls and I will not be in Vancouver anyway. lol.
Its July 27th I believe.

I'm going to the Reading festival. My best friend had to get me a ticket cos I coudln't get into the ticket site. I love him. I've seen most of the bands before,but I REALLY want to see Pearl Jam again, and Belle & Sebastian (who are way too low on the bill for my liking) Oooooh I'm excited.

Last time I went it was 1995 and I saw the Smashing Pumpkins and Hole and Green Day and Beck. It was fun - and only a few miles from where I lived. This time I have to go on my own and have no idea how I'm getting there or if I'm going to stay over. But I don't care!!
