hehe. I'm sure it's in here somewhere. We spent some time chatting and stuff after the shows I saw in Calgary and Banff, I emailed him when I got home, he provided other contact methods!

TM says $29.50 for Vancouver - plus whatever fees and postage they decided to charge.
