This information BETTER be correct. the concert date is written on hob.ca and ticketmaster, but not on Dallas Green's myspace or the Dinealonerecords website... although alexisonfire has a promo show that afternoon, in vancouver....

cant decide...
should i hit up the casiotone for the painfully alone show?
or the jenny lewis show?
both are in march, i think one week after the other. it doesn't really matter, because both are about the same distance, about the same price and i'll have to skip a dance lesson to go to either of them.
i just don't know which one i wanna see more.

I

Belle & Sebastian live. Oh so good and funny and interactive - my legs ache from dancing for hours.
I think they're touring North America now - everyone should go and see them!

I was going to tell you to go to the show in Vancouver, but then I saw this:
"This show is for anyone 19 and over.
Sorry."
That sucks
The show in Seattle seems to be all ages though - run away and go!

i am seeing them exactly two weeks from today in Montreal!! We also get the New Pornographers on the USA tour so that is double amazingness.
Any chance you remember the setlist Suzie?
From what I have seen it has been about 6 Life Pursuit songs then a lot from their old EP's that they just released on a double disc set.
And as for above I would go see Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, only because you are the only person I have heard mention them outside of me and my friend.

These are the songs that I know (so basically all the ones they played from Tigermilk, If You're Feeling Sinister, Boy with the Arab Strap, probably most from the EPs and Fold Your Hands .... and there were lots of others from the new album and maybe DCW):
The Model
The Wrong Girl
I'm a Cuckoo
If You Find Yourself Caught in Love
The Blues are Still Blue
Sukie in the Graveyard
Funny Little Frog
Fox in the Snow
If You're Feeling Sinister
Judy and the Dream of Horses
The State I Am In
She's Losing It
Electronic Renaissance
My Wandering Days are Over
Sleep The Clock Around
Dog On Wheels
String Bean Jean
Loneliness of a Middle Distance Runner
They do really mix up the setlist every night though. That was my 3rd time seeing them since 2003 and I've heard all but 3 Tigermilk songs (Stuart was mean and started playing the beginning of We Rule The School on Friday, but then said "we're not actually going to play that song, maybe we should start doing it again - I might have died on the spot if they'd actually played it) and all but 2 from If You're Feeling Sinister. Then only a couple from the next 2 albums and lots from the latest 2 (which were the ones being promoted at the times of the shows)
My first show they started off with Expectations - I really wish they'd do that again. And there's nothing better than finishing the set with a big sing along and dance to Judy and Sleep The Clock Around (my first show Sleep... was the end of the main set and Judy was the end of the encore, on Friday it was the other way around)
If you're interested the setlists for the first 2 shows I went to are here:
http://www.belleandsebastian.com/tour.p ... &event=137
http://www.belleandsebastian.com/tour.p ... &event=175
they don't have the list up for Friday's show yet.
I'm so jealous Rob. I want to see them again and again and again and again and again.

See if they have any releases. ALmost all shows release tickets. At least down here they do..I can't tell you how many shows I have gone to like that.. I rarely buy in advance anymore. . Usually it is guest list tossed back in or cancellations..
Hey it can't hurt
