Don't worry, the hair's coming back. He just had to shave it off since he's a marine in Jarhead. I prefer the hair too, but he's still hot.
Brokeback Mountain is going to be so sexy.

Jake Gyllenhaal as a cowboy + Heath Ledger as a cowboy + directed by Ang Lee = what could be better?

Yes...the fact that it looks like trash is the reason it's getting rave reviews from almost all critics.

Yes, and I'm sure you're a *much* better judge of art than the hundreds of people who make that their way of life.

considering all a critic really does is gives you their opinion, you make it sound as if what they say is law
"oh critics liked it... it must be good"
its just a lame movie, the whole idea (and the book its taken from) is stupid
wow, they are gay cowboys. Big deal, who cares
there just using the taboo that surrounds homosexuality to generate interest and get people to talk about their movie
And I guarantee you that there is just as many movie critics saying this movie sucks as there is saying its good
its just, are you going to see a commercial trailer for a movie that shows you all the bad reviews?

I'm quoting from Rotten Tomatoes, which includes reviews from all critics. They give a percentage score for the movie based on how many people give the movie positive reviews - the higher the score, the more critics liked the movie. This is from the main page, scores for movies opening this week:
FRESH: 76% Chronicles of Narnia: The Li...
FRESH: 75% Syriana
FRESH: 85% Brokeback Mountain
FRESH: 68% Mrs. Henderson Presents
ROTTEN: 28% Memoirs of a Geisha
Notice which movie has an extremely high percent positive rating?
I'll reserve my personal judgment till after I see it, but all sources are saying this movie is fantastic.
