If your pants are on the ground, what are you wearing?

yeah, I know Kash... but not well. He was slightly before my time at Mississauga. I was the 350 here for a while, then one of the 310s. And then I got a better job and left.

Actually... it wasn't
that bad. I met cool people, and we pulled some crazy stunts. But it was also a pretty screwed and stressful place at times. I'm not sure what Edmonton is like, but Mississauga is full of messed up relationships and endless drama.
Were you at Edmonton when it opened? Did a guy named Jim Bertrim come out for your training? Jim and I were the ultimate team. The things we did on the job. Evil evil stuff.
Hahahaha. Now I know there is someone out there who shares my pain.

no, i didn't know Jim. I've worked there (on and off, when I'm not away at school) for a year and a half. But ah, it's funny, Missisauga sounds just like my Playdium. Ah, the endless drama and crazy shit. I actually dated 4 people that worked there. lol, yeah, it's interesting being a girl there. One was a 311, and on was my 330. So shhhh. I never worked long enough at one time to be a supervisor, but I've done Express, Front Admissions, Banquets, Triathalons, and Attractions.
Awww.. this makes me homesick for good 'ole playdium. It's cool to find someone who relates.
And kash was an evil, evil 102 at my playdium for about 8 months. He was such an asshole, but luckily, I was one of his favourites, so I got away with lots.
Bethany, playdium is an overgrown arcade with a bar and restaurant.
Oh yeah, does this look familiar??

That's familiar alright!
About the relationships... I guess it's a company-wide thing! Ha! Why do these buildings inspire so many screwed-up workplace relationships (especially ones involving supervisors... 16 year old attractions staff were often going home with their 24 year old 320 at the end of shifts). Is it because we have to work those Friday/Saturday closing shifts unil 230am?
Being a 310 had its advantages.

My comp sheets were always entertaining. During every shift for my final two weeks, I made what seemed like "a few" comps and pocketed them. On my last day, I had a stack of 70 2hr (365) comps. Then I spent 2 hours at our bar getting free drinks. The manager that night said I can have "one on him". That one ended up being 8. My final day was the best.
I feel bad having this conversation here. E-mail/msg me and we can share more stories. Did you ever try IMAX ridefilm "platform surfing"?

dude! IMAX!!!!!
Six storeys high, 8 and a half storeys wide, 5040 square feet, 27 million holes, enough paint to cover three four bedroom houses, 442 seats 392 seats for 3d movies...
Ever tried watching a 3d IMAX movie laying down in the pit? fun stuff.

Anyways, back on topic. That pic that Steph posted of Jamie looks just like the original drummer of Alkaline Trio, Glen Porter. I thought that to be kinda scary in a way...I'm done now....
