I uploaded all their songs to savefile a while ago.

their older stuff has a bit of screaming in it, but the lead singer popped a blood vessel in his throat so he doesn't scream anymore. Their album City of Evil doesn't have any screaming in it, and the guitar work is brilliant. Waking The Fallen is probably 50/50 screaming/singing, and the guitar work is pretty damn good. Their first album, Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, they only had one guitarist for, so there's not really that many shredding solos. The scream/sing ratio is probably more 75/25. I wasn't too into the screaming at first, but It grew on me. There is a nice ballad on that album though, Warmness On The Soul.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, start with songs from City Of Evil, and work your way back to their first album if you want.

Ok. now I probably just gave some people an annoyance to write about, so I'll stop with my offtopic BS here.

i was annoyed because i thought my art sucked and i wondered why i bothered, but then i rememberd my art teachers speech to me about self confidence, so i got more annoyed at myself for having low self confidence and also annoyed at my art teachers voice in my head

it was an annoying day. hahaha.

BUT TODAY RULED! :D

These protesters annoy me beyond belief. I hesitate to even call them people. The leader really needs to be hit by a Mack truck.

Yeah, I'm gonna agree with you there. They do more than annoy me, though. They anger me and make me hate humanity.

I couldn't believe it when I heard.

There's something totally wrong in their heads - they really need help.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

The thing is... what exactly do they think they're going to accomplish?
