once again, i don't know what it is you people are talking about, but whatever it is, it sounds really gross.

i know exactly what they're talking about. it makes me gag even reading it.

Well thanks to putting 5 bucks down on a 8/5 favourite to win in the final race (which added 13 bucks to my total) I finished up 20 bucks. If I had of been gutsy I would have put some money on some trifecta's throughout the day (that's when you pick 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) because I actually picked 3 of them correctly in my book. That pissed me off cause I could have won about $500. But oh well, it was a good time.

Yes, although, to be fair, I'm only fifteen, so my sense of being overwhelmed is probably far less serious than yours.

Anyway, yeah, I have. It sucks. I was up until like 5:30 last night kicking myself. My parents had to come in a couple times asking what all the racket was, and I had to say, "just kicking myself" and they'd respond, "ah, yes."
