most foods are linked to cancer

including meat. milk is actually linked to causing osteoporosis rather than preventing it ... too much soy IS bad for you though .. but too much of anything is bad for you.

How can milk be linked to osteoperosis And also, I don't eat meat. So I stick to what I said.
