i saw the faint and bright eyes on the last night of their 5 night stay in NYC.
holy shit the faint was amazing. the hour went by so faaast. I danced for the entire hour straight. They played a good mix of all the CD's but no cover.
Bright Eyes was alright...nothing too great. Good to see him actually not playing an acoustic guitar. Could have had more old songs but oh well.
Probably the best crowd at a show that I have been to in a while...I would say over 60% were 21+

did they play the song about the guy who died in a mine. They used that weird noise making thing that they use in scary movies.

Oasis were pretty good last night. But it was WAY too hot in the place and there were too many tall sweaty boys standing in front of me which ruined the experience somewhat

And I didn't actually end up staying for Against Me! since my friend had worn ridiculously impractical shoes and wanted to leave 'cause her feet were swollen. I was happy ending with MBD though.
