If I wanted to cook dinner for you, I would have let you know!
Tell them to bring the booze to supply you with good times.

Aww, Soozy.

That sucks so bad. Do you think maybe there's a natural herbal remedy you can try to give you more energy?

I dunno, I'm not sure anything can override the fact that my metabolism is totally screwed. But any suggestions will be gratefully received and i shall try them.

i create this beautiful new myspace profile, and when i try to generate the code, they tell me their "service is unavailable" and i can't get my thing back.

bah, so now that mygen starts working as it should, i attempted (<-- key word) to recreate that once-beautiful profile. but then i forgot what made it so 'awesome' in the first place (which says a lot about it now).
so, again,
mygen annoys me greatly.
although, i think i'll keep the weirdly recreated
profile, haha. if only for a while.

oh yeah, stupid little things that consume a lot of my time (like editing myspace profiles) annoys me greatly.

Disclaimer - if you are taking medications and under the care of a doctor, you should discuss with your doctor, as even herbal remedies can have interactions or decrease the effectiveness of medications.
Have you ever heard of or tried Ginseng? There are North American versions and Asian versions, which are said to have different properties. I take medication that causes drowsiness and I have found that Ginseng improves my energy level. There are many conflicting studies as to the effects, so I read up on it quite a bit before taking it. Because it is a herbal remedy it cannot be patented, so there is little incentive for large scale, quality studies. I take a Chinese Ginseng which is said to aid recovery from weakness after illness, stimulate the body, improve energy, etc.
Just thought I'd share in case you were interested.
Hope you feel better soon!

there is also Meditation..
Believe it or not having a peaceful mind can help boost one's immune system.
It can't cure your ills. It will help you cope with stress better. Less stress equals a calmer demeaner.
You will never really know how much a calmer attitude toward life effects your energy.
too much negative energy brings you down. Maybe I sound like these new age people, but it is true how you feel in soul can effect how you feel in body..
P.S before anyone jumps down my throat. I know people who were sick with illness. They do meditation to help relieve stress. They also do acupunture..
sometimes medicines do more harm then good.

Thanks Kathy, I'll look into it.
Gail, I could see how that would work. But I don't think that's what I need at the moment.
