Ack, Alex!
You might be able to get it out, but it'll hurt. Get a pin (and make sure to sterilize it first... I usually just put it over an open flame for a few seconds then let it cool off), push down to the thing that looks like a grain of rice, wiggle it around a little to make the hole big enough, then get some really pointy tweezers and dig in there.
Might be easiest if you let someone else do it... it's tough to do things like that when it hurts so bad.

if you wanna kill the bacteria on the pin you have to let the metal get red hot for a period of 15-30 seconds
or pour some rubbing alcohol on it and then burn it off
then let it cool

I already did the pin thing and poked a hole and tried to squeeze some of the crap out, but i didn't see anything, and plus i think it's really deep and if i rip that much skin up it's going to get so infected that i'll have to just chop the finger off! The grain of rice analogy was meant to describe the deeply subcutaneous swelling of gross white infection pus.
I also don't have any polysporin at the mo so I put a ton of antibacterial hand sanitizer and a bandaid on it.

I read this right after reading the fact that the uterus can fall out. Then out of curiosity I pulled a Robbo and searched on google, found a picture, now I read this and it all merged together.

When your teacher loses an assignment that's only worth 5 marks. Then gives you a 0, because she lost it. Then having that 0 drop your mark down by 5%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
