I wear band shirts to every concert I go to.

if you buy the shirt at the venue i think it's fine, because I don't like to hold it or put it somewhere. But I think it's lame to actually wear a shirt of the band you're seeing to the concert.

It sort of is, but I think people make way to big a deal out of it.

Anyone actually SEEN PCU? Cos, yeah. The "don't be THAT GUY" quote isn't nearly as funny if you haven't.

In other words... if you haven't seen the movie, rent it. Now! I command you!

Also, from that website with concert rules...

21) "Moshers" who lose shoes, keys, wallets, etc. and then stop their kung fu fighting to try and look for those objects, then get clobbered and fall to the ground…… no wait, keep doing that, it's funny.

  So true!

9) Tall dudes that stand at the front of the stage should have their testicles pureed. You're tall dumb ass, get in the back, or at least back a few rows.

amen.

I always manage to end up behind the tall dude in the front row. At 5'4", this sucks the big one. This is why I go insanely early to concerts.

It's funny because I was reading the "rules" and for every one, have either broken it myself, or known someone to break it. But we all know that's bs anyways. The only rule to rock shows is to not be one of those people who freaks right out when they play the single, and then stands quietly the rest of the night.

Or one of the girls screaming things like "I LOVE YOU!!" and "HAVE MY BABY!!" *cringe*

... but seriously... don't be that guy.

Ugh... that's the worst.

And there's nothing wrong with being "that guy" and wearing a shirt to the concert.

I think 99% of the people at the Metallica show were that guy. I laughed at just about every one of them.

It's pretty much a rule to wear band shirts to the concert. At least it is here anyways. Almost every show I've ever been to, everyone was wearing the bands shirt.
