I don't really care what anyone else says about this, but I am in love with Canada's universal health care. Being sick and being able to head over to the walk-in clinic instead of hacking up a lung at home is NICE.

well yes, but the medicare here is still in favor of big business. Canada buys the prescription drugs from the companies so the prices can't be inflated. Bush still wants to appease the large companies, and it sure as hell isn't a Square Deal. We need Teddy Roosevelt back.
