It says either "1994" or "1996" under the doll heads on the back.

I'm guessing 1996, since it's clearly themed after the Naveed video (tank and doll), and the single was released in 1995.

this shirt was sent out free by the PPU in 1995. I have a large also....was always small, so the "fits like a medium" thing is 100% true...i wore it once to a show in 95....clowns freaked out a lot of people! haha
