I love them too Claire!

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf
Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...
Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...
So glad you could stay
Forever
He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand
You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..
So glad you could stay
Forever

I've been a Dallas fan since the late 80's when they were in Minnesota. I haven't followed the league much apart from the playoffs. Frankly it's too long of a season with too many games that mean nothing. In the last few years I've been more interested in junior hockey and a couple of my friends who have made it to the NHL. I cheer more for them now than any one team really. So I guess I'm more excited about seeing friends play than seeing an actual team play.
For all you guys who love hockey games I'd suggest getting Eastside Hockey Manager 2005 when it comes out in a month. It's amazingly comprehensive and incredibly addictive. You're the coach of any team in the world and you can trade, sign, etc any player in the world. So all you guys who say "Toronto should do this" Pick up the game in September when it comes out and try it out yourself. It's tons of fun. you can download the demo at sigames.com.

I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

points people in the direstion of my name.... then just below it
too bad they lost Roberts tho, i can live without Nieuwendyk because although he did put up good numbers when he played (50pts in 64 games)
thats just the problem, he missed almost 20 games
as far as Roberts, you can complain about his age also but he is in amazing shape, is a dedicated player, still hits fights and scores goals and is as tough as always
i had hoped with O'Neill on the Leafs Roberts with stay their
two players i would like to see them go after are Glen Murray and Adrian Aucoin

I'd love to see Jason Allison and Paul Kariya. It's such a bummer we lost Nieuwendyke though, he was such a spirit during the Ottawa serious. He and Eddie totally dominated it. *sigh, gotta live with the changes though...

that would also be good, i just think they are in need of a D-man
seriously i hope they dont ever have Aki Berg play another game, that guy is junk
Niewendyk is a great player, but his knees and his back are just too much of a problem at this point of his career,
like i said he is effective when he plays but he just misses to many games to be giving him 2.25 million (im pretty sure thats what the Panters gave him)

I'd like them to keep Aki Berg for another year. I was listening to Leafs Lunch on the radio and Dennis Bayak (sic) mentioned that next year there will be amazing defencemen on the Free Agent market. Also, with the new tag-up offside Aki Berg is a big boy and can probably handle himself better on the forcheck better than the smaller guys.

Cross is much better then Berg
actually everyone is much better then Berg
and Berg (6'3'' 213) might be big but hes the same as Antropov (6'6'' 220)
big, solid, unbelievibly slow, doesnt hit
in Antropovs case, when he does hit he ends up getting injured himself
and Antropov takes the worst penalties
