Can someone sum up a list and schedule of what's happening that day? Something like:

2:30, pre-pre meetup
Member: sand, blah blah and blah

5:00, pre meetup
Member: yadi yadi and yada

5:30, pre meetup dinner
Members blah blah blah goes to location x
Members abacadabra goes to location y
Members zibidizabidizu goes to location z...

7:00 concert!

the earliest ill be able to leave is 4. will i make it if i live in thornhill, get a ride to the subway (20min), ride the subway to union (approx45min?). uh oh.....ill probably be a little late. anyone willing to wait up 20 min? :puppyeyes:

or you could just tell me where you're all eating on the day of the concert.

For after the show, I say everyone just meets at the same place outside the ACC (the spotlight sculptures... aka "the cones"). There will be an insane number of us. For those who have to head home, they can say good-byes. If people want to split off in to smaller groups and head to different places, they can also do that. There's a lot of options open: restaurants, bars, maybe even somebody with a hotel room (wink wink). None of that needs to be planned in advance, though.

After the show is better than before the show for a lot of things. You've got all the time you want, no need to rush.

Before the show, I wouldn't worry too much about going somewhere or doing something (other than those who will be getting together earlier in the afternoon). I say everyone just hangs around the ACC "cones" to meet each other, before we all head inside. If doors open at 630, and everyone starts to gather around 5-530, it's a little rushed getting a group of 20+ together, deciding on a place to eat, going there, getting service, and getting back in time. As well, if we stick close to the ACC, those who will be arriving anytime between 5-showtime can still have a chance to participate in the meetup.

Just my thoughts. But frankly, I'll go along with anything. So it doesn't matter.
