woo, i'm starting a new diet and the average weight loss is 10 pds in 5 days .. assuming you work out as well ..
but i'm too lazy to work out ..

i don't see why not .. meh, it makes sense to me .. basically you only eat negative calorie foods, so while you're working out and burning off calories, what you're eating isn't adding anymore calories so you end up losing weight .. i can't explain it well but the link is here:

pretty much .. and stuff like oatmeal, whole grain cereals, black tea, green tea and low-fat milk.

How can you eat negative calories? Or do you mean work off more than you eat? Cause remember your basal metabolism takes a whole ton of calories. Be careful...it can wind up backfiring, I know.

Its logical, and probably a lot better then every other weight loss plan out there, but as soon as you eat anything else weight will add up quicker then ever. Its a good plan to loose weight quickly, but its not a good long term idea. Thats just my opinion though.
