i need a good concert, but i don't have a car, and the nearest place with good concerts is atlanta and its 2 hours away, and i don't have a car...okay iam done bitching

tegan and sara are playing in toronto, for $16 .. but on a monday and i work that weekend so i bet i can't go
then story of the year and the lost prophets are playing in toronto too but on a tuesday .. dammit

i saw a number of bands at wakewest on the weekend.most of them from around vancouver
but i did see the tea party who who awesome as usuall
the highlight of the weekend was todd kerns getting up on stage with the tea party and doing "wecome to the jungle"

So I went to Memphis and saw Saliva/shinedown/earshot/skillet/breaking point and I had a good time so meah to you

aww, I went to Ben Kweller last night and it was soooooo funnnn! It was my fourth time seeing him, and probably the best. i was really surprised, cause the first 4 songs he played were really old (wantin her again, it's up to you, um and two others i can't think of right now). anyways it was really fun. He played a lot from Sha Sha and from On My Way, and he is soooooo cool! I love Ben Kweller.
Oh yeah and he also played with On the Speakers (I think that was their name, they were really good) and the Unicorns (who I do not like).
