It was weird...
It was some show on muchmusic or muchloud (i can't remember which) with good charlotte hosting (or it seemed like they were hosting). anyways, they were basically playing a bunch of videos and one of the guys said "now we have a canadian video for you." another band member jumped in and said "our lady peace" and they were all like "noooo." then they played sum 41.
did that make sense?

Good Charlotte supported OLP at their show in London in November of 2002. No-one over here knew about GC then - they played a 200 capacity headlining show the night after after playing to 800 OLP fans!

Well, they're both on Sony and since it was mostly an industry show kind of thingy I suppose they just decided to put them together. It was a fun show. GC did a really good job and everyone seemed to be enjoying them.

Research shows that people who don’t sleep for seven to eight hours a night are more prone to weight gain. Additionally, we now know that lean muscle is regenerated in the final couple of hours of sleep each night, says Beyer.

There was a play today called "Shape of a Girl" about the Reena Virk killing and youth violence. I missed it, but the people that went said it was amazingly emotionally impacting. It was a one-women show, and she managed to carry the entire play on pure emotion.
Part way through the play, she stopped and said, "Turn the lights on, I need to stop." Apparently some fucking kid in the front from another school thought it would be hilarious to throw choclate at her while she was acting. She was almost sobbing as she asked the kid to just leave if he couldn't respect her and the rest of the audience. She then had to take a ten-minute break to get back her composure. The crowd was just silent, a thousand kids deadly silent.
When the kid didn't leave, Brot, my drama teacher, grabbed the kid from the front by his arm and threw him outside. He then came back and gave the kids a talk, telling them that in his 30+ years of teaching, this had never happened before.
By the end of the play, a friend of mine hugged the actress, and told her that what that kid had done was so disgusting, and she did an amazing job.
Kids are such fucking pricks.
