I like, umm . . . Core FTP. Search for it on google. It's fairly easy to use and reliable.

is this program supposed to come with windows or can you download it somewhere?

I believe that one comes with windows... but I don't know what that'd do to the mp3 compression.

I use Sound Forge to do that, personally. I'm sure Josh has a way to do it that doesn't recompress the mp3 at all, though.

I don't think you can get around re-compressing the mp3.

You can, I'll find the program again. :)

I knew there was a way. I remembered Josh telling me about it before. I think I'd even downloaded the program but lost it on my drive crash.

Ok, so, my computer got infected with a bunch of trojans and spyware. So far AVG seems to remove the trojans, spybot finds nothing, but the problem isn't solved.

Every time I log on to an account a warning pops up in the bottom right hand corner of the taskbar saying 'widnows has detected spyware' blah blah blah. When I ctrl + alt + del and end a program called winstall the message goes away. Every time I delete that file it comes back, along with a bunch of other random files. So right now it seems that my only solution is to delete the files every single time I log on.

I obviously need some kind of permanent solution.
