Yep. Happened in St. Louis, too. I wish I'd gone. At any rate, we St. Louisans finally have something to be proud of

Scott Stapp of Creed wrote a song for the Marlins. It's really, really bad. Oh my God.

I don't know if there are any Sufjan Steven's fans on here, but if there are, Steven's just released an eight song EP entitled, "All Delightful People" this past Friday. No one had any idea it was coming. It's phenomenal. You can listen to it (or buy it) here.

His music takes a bit of patience but its well worth the effort.

So Radiohead put some official support behind their fans/tapers and provided professionally mixed and mastered soundboard audio for a fan-made DVD.

Pretty cool.

Wow. Even more pumped for a new Foo album after this... If this is any indication of the album, it sounds like it'll be their best since There Is Nothing Left to Lose.

The Trews have a new single out called "Hope and ruin", it's pretty good, but pretty tame compared to their older stuff, I still can't wait for their album in april though.

They also have supported this fan-made DVD project (though they didn't provide a professional mix of the audio for this one):

Face value on the GA floor tickets were $103 including fees, though the highest tier of reserved seats are $195. We tried to get floor tickets when they went on sale late last year but it sold out immediately except for reserved seats in bad sections.
Found a pair of GA floor tickets on eBay for $299 though. Good seller feedback, and the rest of the listings were closer to $340 for a GA floor pair. Had to grab them ASAP because her new single comes out tomorrow and the demand will probably start going up for tickets on eBay.

How am I not the first CMer to know this??? Thanks for posting, lately I have only been taking a look at DAS and atease once a week or so... might not have found out until it was already out. Can't wait to hear it, they've yet to release an album that disappoints IMO.

I can't wait for them to tour, they put on my absolute favorite live show. Different set every night, awesome lights, and serious musicians who still put full effort into the songs they've been playing years and years.
If possible, get the presale tickets through waste.uk.com -- typically what they do is announce what day the presale is, but not what time it starts, which I think is very fair way to ensure that the fans who put in the most effort to get tickets (the people willing to dedicate time to watch for the sale to start) actually have the best chance to get them.
Keep in mind that it operates out of England which is 5-8 hours ahead. In 2008 I stayed up all night refreshing the page until the sale started at like 5 AM, but in the end I got really great tickets for both shows at the Hollywood Bowl... 3rd row one of the nights if I recall. Similar tickets were on eBay (and people were definitely buying them) for over $1000 per pair.
