Alan really grows on you after awhile

i was pretty sure though this thread was for talking about OLP and Matthew Good.

Oh and i'm not trying to start a fight about Raine or Matt, i was just saying he's no more arrogant then Raine.
"How can we justify spending so much on destruction and so little on life?" Matthew Good

"The white dove is gone, the one world has come down hard, so why not share the pain of our problems, when all around are wrong ways, when all around is hurt, i'll roll up in an odd shape and wait, untill the tide has turned.....with anger, i'm dead weight, i'm anchored"- IME, God Rocket (Into the Heart of Las Vegas) ^ Some say this song is about a terrorists thoughts before 911

"Pray for the sheep" Matt Good
"But it's alright, take the world and make it yours again" Matt Good

I felt it in the wind, and i saw it in the sky, i thought it was the end, i thought it was the 4th of July.

Honestly, I don't care about Raine of Matt's attitudes. I just thought the people partaking in this conversation about Raine being as arrogant as Matt, and actually getting angry about it, are complete fools.

And to those actually getting mad about what Sean said, Raine is not your friend and will never be your friend. Until he does become your friend, you don't know how he acts.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

i really agree with your comment about not knowing raine or matt on a personal level. i honestly couldn't care less if matt doesn't like olp or vice versa, but there are people who do. However, when a person is as outspoken as Matt Good, you tend to think that you do know them on a personal level. Just thought I had to say that.

*fights urge to post*

*takes a deep breath and walks out of the thread*
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

they put though on the same page that lots of the songs were ones that the radio killed and made people hate. Plus Chart loves OLP everyone knows that

My Chart magazines came today :D

I can't believe the screw ups they made in some of the back issues - song names and even an album name wrong!

I liked the editorial thingy in the current edition though. And the pics of Matt that I hadn't seen before.
