yeah you're crazy man. the start is so awesome. they're great on cd. even better live. and they're diy and that's impressive on it's own. and friggin nice people. they got me and my friend on the guestlist at that sold out concert.

farthest i've been to a concert so far is chicago. and i live in boston. and i had a ticket for a show in boston that night and forgot about it.

farthest east i've been is saint john, nb.

so lets see review of the concert. If anyone besides Alan and Bethany know who the Early November is let me know but I am assuming you dont. They are pretty much emo/alternative music...hard to describe but nothing amazing. The show was at a venue which isnt usually crowded unless its a huge band. Well tonight there was about 200 people which was surprising. The opening bands were pretty bad, the Goodwill opened who I cant stand.

Early November played for about an hour considering they only have one 8 song EP out and a cd due in October. I was expecting a boring crowd since they were the rest of the show but the crowd was amazing to T.E.N The lead singer was shocked and just kept saying how amazing it was since they had never been to Long Island. They ran through their whole EP and two new songs and the crowd sang along the whole time which made the band smile a lot. The last song they went nuts and the singer was covered by the crowd and the guitar player climbed into the rafters quite amusing. After they finished they started to take apart the equipment but the crowd chanted on emore song and the singer played "Ever so sweet" acoustic. Good end to a great set. So go see this band if they are near you its worth at least $10

After seeing the van they are traveling in I contributed by buying some merch, a t-shirt, the all acousitc EP and two pins for $17 not too shabby.
