Oh and I read the review, and thought it wasn't written well at all. I hate run-on sentences they really bug me like gosh people put some punctuation in there or something I mean commas and periods and semicolons and stuff are your friend so use them for once instead of carrying on the same sentence and packing one idea into it.

I get irked whenever the reviewer obviously has a bias. There is no point for me to read reviews from someone who is a fan of the band. Or who is not a fan of the band. I don't want to read reviews based on emotion, I want to read reviews based on substance.

If anyone has an account on ChartAttack, they are holding a contest to promote the release of Burn Burn. If you win, you win all seven studio albums, Live CD/DVD, and A Decade.

But good music should evoke emotion -- perplexing!

FYI, Edge 102 in Toronto is doing an OLP weekend in celebration of the release of 'Burn Burn'. All weekend, they will be giving away tickets to the July 20th show in Toronto. They are playing several songs off of 'Burn Burn' as well as favourites from the past. So far, I've heard 'The End Is Where We Begin', 'Never Get Over You' and 'Signs of Life', in addition to 'All You Did...' being played off the new album.

Good luck in winning tickets!!

i dunno about old he looked pretty good for his age lol, but yeah he looked a bit tired and just pissed off, probably at all the crappy modern culture and crap that surrounded OLP on that show lol

Although I must admit... All You Did Was SAve My Life isn't exactly the best choice of antithesis to that lol... they should have damned well done Monkey Brains... but still, AYD is more honest and real than any other of that motherfucking shit they were playing through the rest of the show... lol i think one song was about one night stands

I'm so mad that I missed that MOD spiel. My sister watched it while I was away, and said he sung 'weird', like he was singing around the words.

That's what I said.

I watched the interview. Wow, Raine's really harsh on HiPT. "If you could burn one object, what'd it be?" "Our last record."

Later, he added, "Also, some old pictures of me wearing shiny shirts." Hahahha...

Edit: Also, if anyone saw the two performance videos, how many people do you think were actually there for OLP? I was expecting people to sing along during the usual spot in Clumsy, as was Raine, and as he stopped singing, he was greeted by silence. Did anybody know the words to it?

That "What would you burn?" question was one of the most stupid questions I've ever heard. You could even tell the band was like "What the hell?"

I know! It was a little awkward.....where did those people come from, and *why* were they there?

I do not know which is more shocking. Raine on Twitter or the band being sued over that. Please .. Worse things have happened at a rock show.
