Tip of the day:

Don't spin around on an office chair really fast for a long time, then suddenly stop and spin the other way. As fun as it is, your body will not appriciate it and get mad at you. Experience is not your friend. I though you were supposed to learn this stuff when you were 5.

Being on the phone at the time of this is worse. Then you have to stop the conversation, collect yourself and the other person will not be impressed.
