They opened for OLP in Sarnia two weeks ago and were pretty damn good, anyone that went to that show snag their CD?

I didn't like them much actually .. but I really liked the second band, Moment of Truth (I think that's what they were called) and I wish I had snagged their cd. I didn't like the lead singer of Flicker, he was trying to hard and had funny pants

Yeah Moment of Truth were good too... but Flicker were more entertaining to watch, plus their Ramones cover kicked ass

Both opening acts had decent music, but I didn't take to Flicker at all. Like Jo-Ann said, they were trying too hard. They don't know how to be an opening band. Just get up there and play your songs, people may listen, they may not. Don't start saying "I don't see enough bodies moving", 'cause nobody cares.

(First off: Hi! First post! Nice to meet you all! :) )

I didn't like Flicker the first time I saw them that weekend (I had a weekend pass), but when they opened for the Guess Who, they were much better and more relaxed. I think the reason they were tring to hard for the OLP show was because they are from Sarnia and it was their first time playing here since they released their album and they were a little anxtious. I know I would.

But that's just what I think. I could be wrong.

I saw Flicker open for OLP and they sucked ass!!!
Their singer was a moron and tried too hard
I got one of their drum sticks though...

Moment of Truth was very good!!
Is there something good, something more?
Is there anything worth dying for?

^ I agree .. I'd like to hear more by Moment of Truth since when they were playing the crowd started getting a little rough and I couldn't pay as much attention to them as I would have liked
