go to the Pedestrian website under media and watch the video of Joel playing it with just his acoustic guitar,

also, watch Overwhelmed. I love how he records a loop on-the-fly and uses it throughout the song.

So he finally got hold of the CDs then :D They were held up at customs for all the BC shows :(
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

I listened to Ghostly Life all the way to work and back home today. I think it's a really great album; mellow as Lando said. Playing God is probably one of my favorite tracks on the album. If anyone can afford to spend 12 bucks on this album, it is definitely worth it.

OMG this CD is amazing, I've been listening to it non-stop all week!

I want to see the rest of these songs played live. I asked Joel if he'd consider a Pedestrian Toronto show and he said "I'm not sure if we'd have enough support for a Toronto show"
