Another one I've noticed is same sex marriage. People who are conservative and religious generally don't want same sex marriage to be legal because of the sanctity of marriage. But why does it matter if gay people are married too... that doesn't really have any bearing on someone's ability to ...

I saw The Departed last week. Very good. I've also seen Pan's Labyrinth and I liked it. Too much gore but very well done, it was one of those artsy movies.

I never read any of the books when I was a kid, but after seeing the movie 'Narnia' I started reading the series...just finished 'The Magician's Nephew'. If anyone hasn't read these I recommened it. A quick easy read but a fun story
