Thief was dedicated to the girl he wrote it about - the last time he talked to her was on an Easter weekend (this show fell on Easter). This show was part of the "Urban Grind" tour, in very small venues. There was no official encore, because the place was so small packed so tight the band couldn't leave the stage.
