Ok, i officially love grunge music.
I've always had a soft spot for it, but after buying All of Soundgarden's, and 2 of Pearl Jam's, i'm convinced that Grunge ruled, and wich that it became trendy again....maybe not with the grunge name, seeing as how all those artists hate it now, but same music with a new title.
Any other cool artists or songs i should check out? I already have Temple Of The Dog, and some AIC.

Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Stone Temple Pilots, Blind Melon (not sure if they are Grunge though).

OLD Hole does, but the newer stuff is alternative. Courtney Love changed the sound alot.

Peter: "What if Kurt Cobain had quit?"
Cobain: "Thank you! And remember kids, say no to drugs!"
Exec: "Great concert, Kurt. The label's excited about your seventh album."
Cobain: "Thanks. Oh, you remember my wife, Courtney Love?"
Exec: "Who?"

i remember when Spin magazine did a big timeline of What Would've Happened If Kurt Cobain Was Found Before He Could Kill Himself.
they predicted he would go solo. but i can't remember anything else.

I think he would've left the music business altogether.
But then again, I don't really think he killed himself.

Yeah I dont think he did either. I own "Kurt And Courtney". I might be biased, I cant stand Courtney Love.

i like Nirvana too, but i always thought Pearl Jam and Soundgarden were better. People don't realize if it wasn't for Soundgarden, there would be no grunge.
Smashing Pumpkins are good but i don't think they're grunge

I think Naveed and Clumsy were actually basically grunge albums, they resemble a Soundgarden album in a lot of places, wich is surprising considering Raine was a Soundgarden fan at the time

Courtney Love is complete trash, and if were all lucky maybe one day Dave Grohl will have enough and beat her like we all know he wants to

Hell no, because Grunge doesn't suck and Hole has always sucked.

Don't worry, a lot will agree. I'm assuming you were too young to attend concerts back when Grunge was big.
