is there a way to sort of.. edit mp3's? for example, if i want the song to start 46 seconds in, could i do that?

I have a program but it goes with my cell phone. Mobile Phone Tools 3.3.

Also, when you edit an mp3, you loose a lot of sound quality by going from mp3-->wav--mp3 again.

You can use QUICKTIME PRO, but you have to have a serial number for it, because normally you'd have to pay.
