Yeah so my friend had her yahoo account hacked and all her information was changed so she can't back in. She found one guy to go on and get her password for her, but he refuses to give it to her unless she goes on webcame with him for obvious reasons. Well she isn't going to do that, so my question do any of you have any skills that could be put to use here?

First of all, I doubt she was "hacked". Somebody probably got ahold of her password. Secondly, this guy most likely has no clue how to get her account back, and is just trying to get off.
Her best bet is probably to just move on, get a new account (with a different password) and change any other similar passwords.

Thats what I told her, but the person who has her password is actually on her account talking to her and she doesn't know who he is.

ya I say just tell her to move on and email everyone she knows saying explaining the situation. Block the dude who is doing it.
It's incredibly easy to hack into yahoo and hotmail. I think you just need a birthday or zip/postal code for yahoo and you just need to be able to answer a secret question on hotmail. Both can be done if you know the person well enough. And even then you don't need to really know them... you can just chat with them on MSN or whatever and ask them some questions to eventually figure that stuff out

yea it IS really easy. my friend roxanne did exactly that to someone else's account. The secret question was something like "what is my high school's name?" and of course she knew, cause we all go to the same school.

This is why you never should use an easy secret question.

I know mine!
It's "Potatoes?"
Seriously
And the answer is a weird internal connection I made in my mind that you would never figure out. I'm awesome.
