I want to wish everyone on here a very Safe, Happy and Healthy Holiday. As we look to the future, let's not forget the past.. This year has been a year of ups/downs, highs and lows, heartships and happiness for many of us on here.. Thorugh it all we came together as a community and pulled one another through.. I am not close with any of you, but I have seen the friendships developed on here over the past year or so.. Hopefully they will last a lifetime.. All we have in this life are family and friends..

As you sit down to celebrate remember those who are less fortunate and keep them in your prayers..

Here's hoping 2005 brings us success in our lives (no matter what it is)

At least we have the OLP Cd to look forward to  .

I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Kwanza, Hanukak and Bes tof luck for the New year

Peace and Love
Gail E..

Now that is is hours away from 05(EST) some of you are all ready inthenew year.. jsut curious to know if anyone made any resolutions and if they paln on keeping them..

I definitely want to lose weight this year, more so then before so I have been looking into differetn diets and exercises to help me.. I need certain exercises now because of my age to help with my knees. I injured them in a car accident years ago, same one I injured my lower back in.. sucks being hurt with ramifications years later..

2004 was ultra shit, but it's no blame to anyone, the whole damn year was a series of shitacular events.
