I am trying to sell my winter contract for the apartment I live in, cause my roomie is moving out and I hate alot of the people here, so I want to just start afresh. The problem is, there are about a million other people doing the same thing. I made flyers and stuff, but they really aren't effective. I need something really eye catching and awesome. Would anyone be willing to help me out?
