Every time I read "St. Louis Post-Dispatch" I think of the article Dave Barry did on circumcision

Can't help it .....

I'd imagine Ottawa is correct, but I would think that the reason for Vancouver is Surrey... Perhaps I'm wrong since I've never lived there but according to my gf's friend who is from there it's like Scarborough X10.

Surrey is very dangerous. It has like the highest car theft rates in North America, and theres ALOT of Gang Violence. Ask Jason! He grew up in Surrey mostly..

Heh, I should be in the safest city next year (probably going to Carleton), but I'd love to live in the most dangerous.

and east vancouver really can't be the safest place around, considering the number of women that went missing from there.
is surrey even part of vancouver? i always thought of it as a different town.

yeah... surreys not really a part of vancouver... maybe they meant "greater vancouver area".. or summin like that. but yeah surrey is actually dangerous and vancouver east side's pretty scary too.. coquitlam is the scariest of them all just because of the pig farmer *shudder* to think i used to live there

camden is scary. my sister told me the other day some girl from her school got carjacked and assaulted a few blocks from the school.
wow that's kind of sad camden is #1 and it's one of the cities on the list with the fewest amount of people

I've walked through east van at night, plenty of times. The women were in the Trade, so i imagine they got hired and murdered "On the Job" or whatever. I've never been hassled walking down hastings or anything though.
Surrey, i would never ever ever walk through at night.

of the top 10 cities 500,000+ in pop ive been to 6 of the most dangerous and 4 of the safest
overall ive been to 11 of the most dangerous and as far as i remember none of the safest
in fact.. ive been to the most dangerous place in every population gradient
the only places that are safe ive been to in the above 500,000 (since thats the only list with anywhere i remember going to) are ft. worth 'n san antonio, louisville and nyc

Well... you can't really be surprised, though.

Lord knows I wasn't!
I like how the Canadians are talking about their most dangerous cities... I bet your most dangerous is about the level of our "normal" ones.

Stupid safe Canada!!!
Here's a little story about Camden for you guys! Me and my mom were driving through in broad daylight, probably around noon, one summer day on a one way street. We're moving kinda slowly because of traffic, and to our left, about 10 feet away, someone smashed in the windshield of a car parked on the side of the road. It was fun. :*)**

I have a friend from Chicago and she told me that one morning they woke up and there was a body on their front lawn who'd been shot there the night before
