Ebay help

For starters, I placed a bid on this item:

Now here's the thing, the max amount that I was going to bid was $20 US. So can anyone guess how I "won" this item for $51 US? I know for a fact that I did not bid that high. HELP!!
And another thing, I bought something else off of ebay(a rather expensive item) and I sent the money away to the user via post mail. Now its been about a month since I mailed my money order away and I emailed the seller to ask if they had recieved my money. Its been a few days and I haven't gotten a reply from the seller and I am starting to get worried.
What should I do?

I know nothing about ebay other than from what guys on my hockey team have told me and it sounds like for the second problem you're screwed and can't do much about it.

I've got a feeling you accidentally bid with an extra 0, Johnny... you probably put 200 instead of 20.

I'm with Nikki. That or you put the decimal point in the wrong place.
You might want to talk to Josh about this since he's the last person you ended up outbidding:

Maybe you can sell it to Josh for the price he was gonna buy it for... At least then you'd make some of your money back...
