Eminem In Mosh Pit?

Taken from an October 25, 2004 article from chartattack.com

About a song that will appear on Eminem's upcoming album titles mosh:

"According to the Associated Press, the lyrics to the song include the inflammatory passage, "Let the president answer on higher anarchy/Strap him with an AK-47, let him go fight his own war/Let him impress daddy that way… No more blood for oil." "

Here's my question, say Bush loses, he will have wasted a valuable track on his album because the CD comes out after the election. I don't have a problem with artists voicing heir opinions on social issues but strictly from a business stand-point i don't think it makes sense. But then again it got me talking about it so maybe it worked...

You're stupid. the thread title makes no sense, and I guess this would mean everything political with a reference to bush will become irrelevent should he lose and therefore all those albums will never be purchased again.

and to the mods when they read this... I've laid off quite a bit over the last month. I don't think I'm the only one here who has gotten tired of the pointless dribble this guy posts.

i don't think voicing your opinion through your songs can be considered a waste ... whether bush loses or not, eminem still got his opinion out and might have made other people stop and think about the moron they're voting for. it's not like what he said isn't true and it's not like the people who like bush are going to be like, "damn slim shady dogged bush, i can't buy that cd now." seriously .. :wtf:

eminem voiced his opinion just as much in his previous albums and i don't think he lost any money, his last album 'the eminem show' also had many political views and that album didn't suffer.

I'm voting for Bush. Am I a moron? Or am I just a misled person voting for a moron?

the latter.

You're ok Jim. Krammit, the post really doesn't make a lot of sense. A lot of artists have/will have political themes geared towards G-dub and the election. The outcome of the election will have no impact on the value of a particular track, etc.

I'll kindly agree to disagree.

Is this what everyone is talking about?

I think part of that video is lifted from this band call Cronic Future and their song Time and Time Again.

May I ask why?

You could, but then we'd end up in argument and an endless circle of debate, with everyone teamed up against me.
