they filed for chapter 11 and he lost all control of that portion of his company

Doesn't stop them from using his image lots, though. He's personally handing out money to people as an incentive to gamble there, now. Not, like, ALWAYS, but I've seen ads/billboards for a competition for him doing it at least twice now.
