Ok, here's the thing. I got a referral to this site from one of my friends saying that she's heard that this actually works. All you have to do is complete one of the online offers (a lot of them are free trials) and then refer five friends. If your 5 friends each complete an offer, supposedly you get shipped an ipod or an ipod mini of your choosing. It could be bogus but it seems more legit than other things I've seen so I figure it's worth it humoring them for the possibility of a free ipod.
