Interesting. In all honesty I doubt anything like it would ever be available to the public through normal means unless it was built into something like a car. I cant see the postive uses outweighing the negetive.

Lots of such products get out. Handguns, for one.

Besides, all it would take is a few insiders to steal some cloaks, and you'd have mayham.
