lol i didn't say anything about bringing influencial, i said it brought something new or unique, or artistic. Which it did, IME's small fan base means nothing they do is that influential

thank you. I didn't really think of influential. I thought more or less of CD's that held up well over the years and almost everyone I knew had.
Like I said it is all taste and age. I am older so I might not of heard of abunch of the newer bands/artist coming out now that you guys think infuential.

ALanis is a great choice. It is hard to come up with list. I only came up with one cause I was listening to my friends IPOD before( I was tempted to keep it
