Can't Take My Eyes Off You indeed. And House of the Rising Sun by Muse is pretty cool as well.

I would venture to say OLP - Imagine (John Lennon), but a couple of problems arise. Firstly, there's the really shitty studio cover OLP did. Then, the live one (the really good one), isn't really better than Lennon's. But definately comparable...
