Summer Semester

Got my university finals next week, and the Summer semester after that. I'm taking my "English 102" class, plus a weight training class *does Hercules pose* I figured I'd go ahead and get my 102 out of the way with it as my only class; that way I can focus more attention on it so I don't fail. And I get to go for FREE this Summer cuz my scholarship got expanded to Summer coverage.
Plus, I've been thinking a lot, and I may have finally picked a major: English Lit. Get all my creds and teach at a college level. I dunno, just thinking out loud.
Anyone else taking classes this Summer?

I thought about taking a break; but then I thought about how hard it would be in the Fall taking 102, along with all my other hard classes.
Plus, classes are a bit easier over the Summer semester.

yeah i'm taking the summer off to prepare for my return to Houston. as it is now i think that city is bolting everything down for my return as well.

I took summer courses every year except for right after my first year of college. It's a good way to get ahead, and to get some extra classes in to pad your GPA.

I'm taking two classes. Finance and a business information systems class.
I kind of have to stay up here this summer anyway- I'm working on booking a comedian for October and I have to be here to take care of some of the college show formalities. And some people I know are putting on a few concerts this summer so I'm going to help with that.

because my marks suck. and if i get below a certain mark in summer school, i'll be suspended for a full year. so, i would rather not risk it.
