Alright.. I have an acoustic version of Jeremy by Pearl Jam and it's great for what I need it for, only you can hear the crowd at the beginning. I'm wondering if it's possible to edit out the crowd so it's just the band. Is this possible?

You mean cut the track shorter in the beginning to eliminate the crowd, and maybe ad a fade-in so it's more natural? Get Sound Forge.
