Ebay "VERO Program"

Has anyone ever heard of this? I just bought four copies of Evanescence's CD "Origin" and then (after I sent payment) I got an e-mail from ebay (4 actually) saying that the auctions infringed on some type of rights and that they were removed because of Ebay's "VERO Program". They told me not to send payment (a bit late to tell me that I would say!) so I e-mailed them back and told them that I had already sent payment and asked what rights did it infringe on as they are official CDs not CD-rs or bootlegs. They got back to me and said that "Due to privacy concerns, I cannot discuss the details of any action taken." They went on to say that I could file mail fraud charges and file a claim through ebay, but I've been in contact with the seller and he responds to all of my e-mails and seems to have all intentions of sending the products. I got back to ebay and asked them why I would want to file fraud charges when (at least at this point) the seller has done nothing wrong (or at least nothing they can tell me about due to "privacy concerns")
Has anyone ever heard about anything like this? If so, please post.

Never heard of that for licensed products... it sounds really weird... most sellers are willing to tell you a little bit more, even though there's the privacy policy etc...
My opinion is kick as many people in the nuts as you have to until you get your answers...

Good thinking Lando. I knew you were my favorite bad motherfrucker for a reason. After massive kicking in the nuts, you can look here:

Thanks for the link. I don't think I was ever at that exact page, but I was at one which had some similar information. The one thing that still has me confused is that they say that when they contact you they include the e-mail address of the "rights owner" but I got no such address. At least if I did I could find out why these items were taken down because right now I have no clue. Like I said though, thanks for the link!
